Announcing Youth Careers Progression

YCP is our new sport employment event and programme helping sport sector organisations discover young talent to hire – turning the traditional talent gap narrative on its head.

The programme will support 30x young people in London with the opportunity to secure paid jobs across multiple sport sector organisations.

Sandeep, Ted, Yasin, Jack and Saf are the young experts behind this, hired and paid by us to co-create and deliver YCP into a reality, following the concept being created by them and other young people during our Sport Leadership Academy programme.

YCP is supported and funded by Greater London Authority and London's VRU.
